Legality of pipes.

    I want to purchase a pizzipe on line, but my dad fears that it could be illegal, and that he might get into some legal trouble. What exactly is the legal status of things such as bongs, bubblers etc. Is it fine for me to order these online...or would it be better to purchase it in person w/ money. THANK YA

    In person purchases are always nice cause you can pick and choose exactly what you want, but if your getting it online there should not be a legal problem buying a pipe because technically said pipes are for "tobacco use only".

    Its state by state though. In PA they are illegal even for tabbaco. Or unused. My guess is that jersey would have it legal since most states do. Check norml.org
