Then I strongly suggest doing the Khadgamala Stotram of Sri Devi - Divine Mother Shakti.

Here it is. Note, just repeat as you are able. Don't sweat details. After awhile it takes on a life of its own.

Its nature is power to transcend this world - Turiya - Transcendence.

Here is the guru of this particular Khadgamala

Now, nobody has a reason not to transcend.

You shouldn't teach people this. Kundalini is not to be messed with and you will only cause suffering by doing this. That's the problem with yoga in general. It has taken on such a blasie attidude in the west that no one takes it seriously. And when something like a kundalini rising occurs they go nuts, scared to death about what's going on. No, I say take it slow. If nothing is happening while you meditate, then good. Let nothing happen and take it slow. Follow at your own risk.

I do not mean to scare anyone, I just mean to inform you that kundalini and transcendental states are not for the timid and weak. They are NOT for beginners.

Just keep doing what you normally do. Every method is fine, no one method is the best and those that get you to transcendetnal states faster are no better then those that take a slower approach. That's another problem with us westerners.
We want enlightenement NOW, but we fail to realize that enlightenement doesn't really exist! There is no such thing! Stop wanting and start being.

If one can read Sanskrit then just chant the Khadgamala as you are able. If not, then one could chant the English translation. If one has a problem with that then the technique is not for them. As far as worship of The Divine Mother goes, have no fear. That is why this document is available to all people. I believe additional comments about it are at the website. I do know the Swami and his wife, but through the phone and internet. But he was kind enough once so that when I donated a hundred bucks and mentioned how I was out of work, he gave me the money back. That might not mean something to many people, but it meant alot to me.

Sri Vidya is as mentioned is the technique of kundalini. But through devotion. This above is a devotional technique. Yes, it requires devotion. I am spelling it out. If people have tried other techniques with little result then this technique is available for those with enough desire and devotion.

Jaya Lalita Devi. Tripura Sundari. Red Goddess. Goddess of Love and Perfection.

Even a lot of the Indian masters don't teach the Kundalini techniques at all. The kundalini rising is something that happens automatically when the spiritual seeker unfolds.
Yes, it is dangerous if the student cannot handle it, which is why it must be learned directly from the teacher and not from some book or web site. It can easily lead to insanity and worse.

On the other hand, when a seeker is truly wholeheartedly dedicated to the spiritual path and has devotion and faith in the divine, then everything that person does will be the right thing for them to grow spiritually.
Their faith and devotion and dedication will protect them from everything.

The Kundalini is the Devi that is manifesting the minds of people at all levels, whether they are realized or are in the illusion of finite self hood, Maya. The Kundalini is being approached whenever self realization is the goal, regardless of the method.
The way everyone speaks, it is as though there are all of us, some with a Kundalini, some not, God up there in the sky somewhere, with all of us down here to do as we wish.
Our consciousness is being manifested as we speak, from the consciousness of God, Siva, and the Kundalini Devi is facilitating this process, in a consciousness descent modality that utilizes the Cakras within us to achieve this function.
In simple terms, we are the vehicle for consciousness, and the Kundalini is the evolutionary agent for the expression of that consciousness.
As Bhaskar says, depending on the stage of spiritual progression, there is nothing to fear from the Mother Kundalini. Why would She, as an actual modality of Divine Consciousness, injure the vehicle She was keeping alive and conscious?
What one should do is seek out divine self realization as an ego sacrifice to God, and God will deliver that person to the Lotus feet of their own divine self, who is none other than the Lord. The Divine Mother will be the one who will serve as the deliverer.
    Namaste, Yogin Bhairava Atmabhoda Sarasvati
