I don't want to full out break the law, but I'm thinking about selling jello shots on some lots and festivals starting this spring, My friend blows glass and does ok. I'm thinking i'd be making money hand over fist over her, but it would be pretty illegitimate. I have some really good recipes and like a lifetime supply of soufle dishes. I'm just curious what to look out for in the way of getting pinched or took. any advice, techniques etc? does 1 for 3/ 2 for 1 sound reasonable for shots that are like 100 proof. Also do you like a milder Vodka Jello shot or Everclear based? Any help, ideas, suggestions would rock.

if ya make them proper sell them for a high profit, like 5 a shot. i know kids who sell cans of Budweiser's for 5 to 7 bucks a pop on the lot.kidz will buy anything, its usually mommy an daddys money, they dont care.

you will want a lookout,2 way radios work grand,a little prep beforehand an ya can find and lock in security's frequency before ya start workin the lot, with that and a lookout with a walkie talkie{needless to say, yall use a diffrent frequency than security,,lol ) ya cut your chances of gettin caught down drastically.

your lookout can locate custies an send them your way as well, helps keep things on the down low..both are proven methods of moving contraband on lots.

Thanks man those are really good ideas i never would've thought of on my own. Yeah i brought a cooler of Yeung Ling on a Widespread lot the other day and got mobbed. Then I figured 2 bucks would be a fair price. People treated me like i was freakin UNICEF

I'm wondering what kind of legal reprecussions I could possibly face. Festivals would be easy, just stiff ass competition.

though Ive never heard of it happening, you could theoretically get really screwed...the gov't does not look kindly upon untaxed liquor sales, not to mention the repercussions if you get caught selling to minors
