Age?

Hey,

I'm a little curious and was wondering if it is legal for minors/under 18 persons to have sex with other minors. Is it ok or not ok?

 

Check your state's age of consent.. some are 16, 17.. some are 15 .

It goes something like,
there can't be any more than 2 years between you.

In the U.S., EACH STATE SETS THE AGE OF CONSENT, BUT IT IS PRETTY UNIFORM THAT AGE 18 IS THE DIVIDING AGE - IF YOU ARE OVER 18 AND HAVE SEX WITH SOMEONE UNDER 18, IT COULD BE CONSIDERED STATUTORY RAPE. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18, AND HAVE SEX WITH A 12, 13, OR 14 YEAR OLD, OR EVEN A 15 YEAR OLD, THEY MAY BE UNDER THE AGE OF CONSENT, DEPENDING ON STATE LAW, AND YOU ARE IN TROUBLE.

 

There was an aritcal printed in the newspaper about a 17year old girl that had sex with a 16year old boy (they were dating and both agreed to having sex) but the girl was arrested because of the state law, something having to do with her being 17 and him 16. I dont rember the law but it sucked because it was her bf.
