Does tylenol react with marijuana?

I need to take some b/c i have an extreeeeeeeeeeeme fever...I toked yesterday around 3.

 

a) not that I noticed
b) that weed from yesterday isn't active in your system anymore - there may be traces of it still, but that doesn't mean it's still affecting you

I smoked a gram last week and then took 3 tylonal w/ codiene and i was fine. I sleeped all day the next day, but nothing bad happened. So with regular tylonal your sure to be fine.
