what makes you the highest?

every one what seems to work the best for you to get that extra high?

for me it is a bong that way i can get the perfect amount inhaled and hold it for enough time to get me right fucked up

another reason for this thread is so that every one can get some ideas to try and see if doing what other people do might make them more high
