how do you figure it was the guy on the scooters fault? that guy clearly wasnt going to stop for that red light. you can clearly see that the way that scooters is comming from has the green light.

 

its on par with golf carts and the fact that they always get hit with golf balls, of course its the car drivers fault, he was running a red light. i just personally find scooters really annoying so anyone who get hit on one deserves it. its not like it was a Harly.

Looks like the car atleast broke the guy on the scooters fall back down to earth. He's moving at the end so might not be dead.
