hi guys, I will be taking a wee holiday 8th - 18th ish December - i start in Kelowna (BC) and fancy spending some time in Banff - ice climbing, boarding, you know fun stuff you dont get to do if you live in England! So want to hear from people who can suggest things, places to go and avoid, anyone who is in the area traveling or settled but misses backpacker types... anyone who wants to meet up - i have been traveling since i was 17 on and off and i have finally got to the stage where it is better with other people! I'm working (real job ) across from Winnipeg over the next few weeks - if anyone is on the way and fancies a beer - this crazy english girl could do with normal non boring people! I'd love to join you in Banff for a day! The hub and I should be back from Ontario by the 3rd(ish). While we don't really know the area too well, our housemate back in Calgary does - I can ask him for tips and locations. I'm dying to do my first mountain skiing and I've still yet to get much hiking in. We've also been wanting to do a fire-spinning photoshoot up around that area.
