Ok I would consider myself an experienced opiate user, but I have always developed tolerance extremely fast. Last fri i took about 30mg roxi, sat night took the same amount, and Sunday I got bold and took 60mg. Weird thing was it felt nothing like the previous two nights on 30. Before this I had a week break. Is this normal tolerance? Now Im on another break this week just to enjoy them this weekend. I guess that’s just the price I have to pay for trying to keep my tolerance down and nodin good on 30-60. And withdrawal from just that is killin me, nothing I caint handle but it sucks. I would think a week break would do the job. And Im on ambien to help me sleep but it makes me hallucinate so im sorry if this dosent make scense. Discuss...

60mg? well first of all be glad all you had to do was that in a night..... before you know it will be needing 200mg in a night just to keep a good buzz..... i would say just quit while you are still ahead cause the way you talk abotu the withdrawals you hav not even gotten fully dependant on them yet.....you wont be so "i can handle it" once the real demons from opiates start to set in.... anyways to get back to your tolerance question sorry but thats the worst thing about opiates is tolerance happens very fast and one second a guy can get off on 1 single 10mg lortab and then the next thing you know it takes 5 and then 10 and then he is buying 80mg OCs and sniffing it at one time.... this can all happen within 1 month or less.... so like i say i wish i knew what i know now and i would never have picked these things up cause that nice feeling you get doesnt weigh out all the money and depressing days while dealing with WDs...... by the way i kinda got carried away for a second....sorry about that.... jake

I get what your sayin, but I dont wont to go to high. I would like to keep 30mg max dosage. I usually eatem at night for a few nights in a row, and when I get a tolerance i quit for a bit. I guess thats the only thing i can do If I want to keep feeling good on a low dose. I dont have insurance yet, atleast they will be cheaper when i do get it.
Ambien update: man its kickin my ass, everything on my my is moving, even all the little icons they are all animated haha, it takes me a long time to read words. Got AC/DC on too

well let me clear this one thing up.......everyone starts out somewhere right???? then from there its a slow trip to nowhere but full blown opiate addiction..... it took me years to get WDs that make me want to actually comit suicide due to numerous days of terribal WDs and major deep depression..... all im saying is its a no win situation, these are not made for rec use like we all like to do and there is no way around it......use them for pain and thats it.... im like you man i wish that these things were not bad for you and they were cheap, and you could just take them forever without getting the tolerance of ELVIS.....LOL but it will never happen dude so like i say quit while you still can.....any old school opiate user like me will hopefully tell you the same thing instead of lieing about little tricks of ways that you can keep your tolerance and stuff like that cause there is nothing that will stop all the bad things that comes with a drug this strong.... your body just isnt made to have a chemicle like this in your body for any long periods of time......but unfotunatly thats what happens when you get ADDICTED! good luck on your decisions.... jake

So you dont think I can keep my happy dose at 20-30, take a break when old tolerance comes around. And after some time start back on the 20-30? Sortof a eat what I like till tolerance, take a break, start back. The pills are for pain, i just have a limited amount. When I get insurance and get alot is when the problems can start to form.

Well quiting would probibly be the best choice, but after doing them a year and loving every last damn pill needless to say they are here to stay if I like it or not. Yea and friends that like them to dont help, a HS buddy just called me up and im going to go Halo3 it up to some beers and a few roxis. Fucking opiates, I never understood the term love/hate relatioship till I found Oxys.
I guess I can still say im happy on one dose a night and never do more...

Yep, fortunately my connect is unreliable. My wallet only allows me to stay with low doses. Anyone know if tramadol affects tolerance to oxycodone?

Be VERY careful when you get insurance and are able to get ahold of a large stash. Not only will you be tempted to up your dose every time you aren't getting the feeling you want, it can also become really tough to ration the pills when you know you've got a lot...

I get OC, ms contin and perc's for pain and ALWAYS run out before i'm due to get my next prescription. usually i'm left with 3-4 days of pain and misery both from my actually condition that causes the pain for which i'm getting the pills, and from the withdrawls which make it even worse.

Just watch yourself, stay strong, and you'll be ok.
    Good luck,

    -V

Ok Ive been on a break since last Thursday. I know I know 5 days, but thats good for me. How long should I wait to start back? I was doing only 30-60mg roxi when I stopped but want to to try to fell good and nod again on just 30. Would I still be having WD like symptoms after 5 days or is it just in my head? Also I haven't been able to find good evidence if tramadol will significantly affect oxy tolerance. I got a good amount of them and not oxy, but I like the oxy lol.
