depends, if you are likeing like only 3 no. If you arr making like 20 then yeah, They sell cap filling tools for like $10 but only works for doing like 20 at a time or so. Most places that sell empty capsules have them. J.C
not to hard though without a tool. Just put one half in a bag of powder, other a bit less full, put em together. My friend makes mushroom pills doing it.

I believe mushrooms (at least dry ones, for consumption) must be digested to achieve an effect. The body must break psilocybin down into psilocin(which also exists naturally in mushrooms, it's just more easily destroyed by the environmment) to make it usable to the brain.
