How can you lose something with out being careless?

In simple words...I never lose my phone, but evrything in my apt gets lost, and I have had bikes stolen, and have things vanishing form my apt, as if a goblin lives there that play tricks on me. Even more but it would be emarrassing even to tell how it happenns considering that I have so many shelves to see what is there at first sight.

 

I lost my virginity without being careless....See it does happen!
