i listened to a lot of tool on my first acid trip, so they'll always have a special place in my heart. i want to meet maynard.

Tool now are a bunch of assholes. As soon as maynard started bitching about 10,000 days being leaked I stopped giving a shit about THEM. All of their shit before 10,000 days is gold though. They went from mind-opening thoughts and challenging theories to music about a dead mother and christianity, wtf?

White pony is one of my all time favorite albums.

APC did some things good, like selected songs from mer de noms, and the thirteenth step(complete), but most of their covers blow. Fiddle and the Drum is amazing though.

One of my old best friends dragged me to a couple of tool concerts. I was never really into them, but I found the concerts to be enjoyable. One time we went with a friend also, and he had a seat. Me and my best friend were on the floor or whatever you call it. So anyway me and the guy who had the seat smoked a joint of some really potent stuff he had. I was waaaaaay too stoned to be on the floor surrounded by all of those tool fanatics. I had the worst cotten mouth too and had to beg some girl for her drink. It was a terrible experience. If only I could have sat down..

 

I saw Tool at Bonnaroo and it was KICK ASS! Tom Morello was there doing is Nightwatchman tour and he solo'd on stage with tool with an ausome mix between tool's style and Rage Against the Machine, and afterwards Maynard gave him a hug and grabbed his ass. And A Perfect Circle is ausome, Yall should check out PUSCIFER, its another of Maynard's side projects, V is for Vagina (cd name) just came out and it rocks. Also check out thier ep-Don't shoot the Messenger and the single Cuntry Boner. Maynard is the shit! I love his voice, and Mer De Noms is my faverite APC album, cuz his singing is so explosive and euphoric on it, he kinda dials it down for all other stuff but gotta love em.

depressing. I like it, but I lose motivation so quickly listening to APC. not sure why, but all I want to do is get a bunch of coke and get fucked up while listening to it

 

For about a year nightly, I would pick up these close friends, and then we'd drive up to this church and smoke behind it. In the car, it was always Aenima playing in the stereo.

 

I looooove tool! Saw them at vegas at the beginning of this summer. Awesome concert. I wish they still played stuff from Opiate. To bad...
