Hello, I am homeschooled and just got done with school and I was still alittle tired and thought maybe I should take a nap and lucid dream. So I went, layed down on my bed and repeated "I will dream and I will Relise I am dreaming" and after awhile I started hearing things right next to me that wasn't really there and I know I was pulling off a WILD and figured I may as well follow through with it and have a WILD. So my body started making the weirdest feeling I have ever felt, it was relaxing yet uncomfortable and I wanted it to stop but I figured it would be worth it to have a LD to not bother quitting. And all of the sudden I heard my friend talking to me and I was talking back. I got up and the phone was in my hand, and I was still awake but my eyes were still closed and I couldn't open them. I put the phone to my ear and my friend was talking to me and I told him I was panicking and couldn't open my eyes. So I got up went downstairs and layed on my couch, still talking to my friend and still feeling the uncomfortable feeling all through my body except worst. So I was really freaked out. I feel like I was wide awake only my eyes were glued shut. That when I ran up stairs after a half hour converstation and layed in my bed thinking in my head "I WANT A LUCID DREAM! I WANT THIS TO STOP! I NEED A LUCID DREAM! GIVE ME ONE!" And I felt myself falling into a dreamlike area as that uncomforably feeling was SO strong I couldn't handle it anymore, and I forced my eyes open and I was in the same exact position I was when I first went to take the nap, I was wide awake still feeling that feeling only not as strong, I got up in amazment plugging my nose just in case, and I was not in a dream. I still feel that feeling slightly, and this all happened I fully woke up about 10 minutes ago. I went to take a nap at 12:10 and it is 1:24 right now.

Is this what a normal WILD experience is like? I mean this experience changed my life in the world of dreaming and sleep. I mean I feel like I was awake the entire time talking to my friend, really hearing him and really walking around, even though I know I was laying there the entire time not moving at all. I am a experienced lucid dreamer, had about 30-50 lucid dreams total when I started, which is when I joined the board. But in my whole life I have not experienced anything like this. I mean the way I feel right now is the same exact way I felt while lieing there, only my eyes are able to open. I didn't do a reality check while during the experience but I did do a reality check just abit ago and I know I am not dreaming right now. But I am totally freaked out, I feel like I am still partly in a dream while in the real world.

    i had a similar experience
i talked on the phone too actually
to my mom, she wanted to know where i was, i kept telling her i was dreaming but she wouldn't believe me..she kept telling me "jessie you're drunk, where are you, you're not dreaming you're just drunk" in one part of the dream i kept waking up, but not really...and i tried to flight the lights in my room and they wouldn't change
stuff like that, it was pretty cool though :)

My experience was horryifyingly awesome, lol, I was scared to death but the experience was just so real it was awesome. I thought I was awake and I know it didn't happen becuase my friend was at school at the time I talked to him. I mean I know it was a dream but it feels like I didn't fall asleep. But its weird you had a similar one with a phone, lol, thats cool. If only I would have done a reality check through the experience, It would have probably turned out into a killer lucid dream becuase it was so real in the first place! I mean I am an experienced lucid dreamer like I said but I had no other experience like this one.
