I was reading stuff about lasting a long time while having sex. I got the following quote from the fleshlight website.

"The optimal pinpoint to push varies slightly from person to person, so start somewhere dead in the middle and adjust accordingly. Sufficient pressure on this area preceding ejaculation will prevent the semen from shooting up the vas-deferens, and will cause it to harmlessly return to the source, allowing you to continue lovemaking at your leisure. It is normal to feel your perineum contracting, just continue to apply the pressure until the contractions cease. It will have the sensation of orgasm, without the ejaculation, so you'll be able to keep going. And you thought that area was worthless."

This "point" they suggest that one will push is the "taint" which is between the scrotum and asshole...
I've heard stories of people blocking their urethra in order to avoid ejaculating all over their house. According to the people who do this, the results are painful and unpleasant. Before I practice the suggested technique while masturbating, I'd like to know whether or not it's a bad idea.

maybe there's some difference between blocking the urethra and pushing on the "taint"

anyway... I posted this in the masturbation forum because I will be pracitcing these methods while masturbating, not while having sex.

    I did a search b4 posting, btw
    All opinions are appreciated

I do this with my gf sometimes. My hard on isn't as good at first after the first 'stopping' but you can do it as many times as you want. I'm not very good at the technique, but it does work with enough practice. at first its really annoying and it feels like you've wasted a perfectly good orgasm when you fail. try flexing your gooch muscle heaps like you would if you were doing weights. you have to strengthen it. a good way to see how strong your muscle there is is to stop and start when you're peeing. if you can stop your pee straight away without any pain, its strong and you should be able to pull it off.

this is personal experience. not what a doctor or someshit recommended.

    Thanks for the info, man.
So it sounds like there isn't a whole lotta' pain involved with the taint pushing. I fuck around sometimes when i piss.. I just stop and start mid-stream. It's pretty easy. I'll practice that more.

So- do you need to strengthen the gooch muscles in order to pull this technique off, or is it more just so that you don't feel unpleasantness? In otherwords, do the muscles play a part in this technique? Upon orgasm, in addition to pushing the taint, should I try to constrict my urethra with the muscles?

    Thanks/.

    Any other opinions on this?
