I recently got 5 25 microgram duragesic patches, which contain 2.5mg of fentanyl each. Can someone with prior experience point me in the right direction of how to use this stuff, without wearing the patch. Ive read about everything on it on erowid and cant find a defintie answer for the best was to use it. I aslo dont have any tolerance to opiates right now, if that makes a difference. Thanks.
What kind of opiate experience do you have? Using them in a manner other than the way they were intended is very dangerous because of the strength of fentanyl. The ld-50 of IV fentanyl is only .2mg. Warning aside, cut it open and eat the contents. Be fucking careful with this shit. It can kill you in the ug range. Edit: Reread and saw you have no opiate tolerance. Dont fuck with taking them other than intended. No way, not good . . .
Ya i was thinking i mite get a response like this...I remember reading somewhere about making blotters. Like cutting the patch open and rubbing the gel on some paper and letting that dry, and eating a small amount at time to find the right dose. If anyone else has some input that would be great, if not im just gonna toss these sketchy things. BTW congrats on your 420th post Daedalus, it couldve saved a life
If you have no tolerance you won't enjoy Fentanyl anywayz and it CAN very well make u sick and have an awful experience...Try hydrocodone and codiene as ur first opiates. plus a lot of people will tell u that fent. doesn't provide any euphoria like hydrocodone and oxycodone do. This is very true i have used fent many of times and all it does is make ur body numb but no real euphoria and u still get horrific w/d's coming off them..
thanks for the advice man. The thing is though, it just seems so hard to find those kind of pills around here. Plus ive done hydrocodone a bunch of times and just tried oxy recently, The patches i got from a freind who took em from their house. I did have some success using them though by using my micropipet to get a tiny bit out of the pouch then heating it indirectly and inhaling the vapors. I definetly felt it, but like u said theres no real high to it, just numbness. Im just gonna save this for a time when im in pain. Thread closed
If i were you I would definatly just wear the thing as directed. You'll be good and fucked up for 3 days or so . . .
