well i got the pvc pipe and stuff for this so i am going to try this out soon. i still need to get some coffee filters and then i need to get some butane. i am just wondering i was thinking about doing it out at my friends house in his room. i would do it outside but its to cold so it would take to long to evaporate the butane. i am just wondering if it would be ok to use the fan that we always use in the window. its a two fan window type that can bring air in or out. we always use it to suck the smoke out of the room when we smoke bud and cigarettes. would the fan motor have sparks that would ignite the butane if i do it in front of the fan. i cant think of a better place to do it thats more ventilated. hopefully it will turn out fairly good its been a dry time for getting pot here lately.
i dont think that i should use a hair dryer around butane fumes. i just wanted to use the fan to suck the fumes out of the room. i think now im going to do it outside but it will take longer. i just want to try this out to see how good it works. i really wanna try some potent hash oil i hope it works out pretty good. im pretty sure that ill be trying it out tonight so hopefully it works out good.
well i tried it out im not really sure how much i ended up getting from it. i just used some left over cans of butane to try it out with almost a half ounce of stems. its was about 12 grams but it still ended up with more then i was expecting. it worked out pretty good for a first try once i put the little dish in some hot water. it was really cold outside so it didnt evaporate to quick without the hot water. can some other people post some past experiences with making some honey oil im sure going to try it out again. i saved the stems because i think i can get more from them ill just mix them with fresh stuff and try it again.
