Hey i live in the USA and plan on moving to Amsterdam in July for my 19th bday. Just get away and have a good time. Im a starting to learn dutch and was wondering if i could get and tips just some basics and all. Amsterdam is amazing and people are great. I plan on going to the University as well
Hey I just thought of a tip for you. When it is Carnaval (kinda like Mardi gras over in the US) Go to the southern part of the Netherlands. Wow now there is a holiday I do kinda miss over here. It is pretty much 3 drinks of non stop drinking LOL. But I miss new year the most tho, being with the family and Lighting your own fire works. Here it is so quiet when the clock strikes mid-night
