I just got home from seeing this band, and I gotta say, out of the hundreds if not thousands of concerts I have seen in the past 30 years, this concert is in my top 5, and possibly the best show I have ever been to. The musicians are all top notch, the stage show was like the old Floyd shows if not better, the sound was crystal clear. Everything about this show was an A+. Absolutely frickin amazing. If you get the chance to see them, do so, you wont be disappointed.
They did play the best song from that album, Requiem, as their final song. They also did a few cover songs, including Proud Mary, and as for the Christmas songs, well, you have never heard these songs performed so brilliantly and with such emotion and power.
Went and saw them again last night, 3rd row seats again this year, again thanks to our local radio station. And again, this is the best show on the planet, ever. I have seen so many concerts and so many big names in my life, but nothing even comes close to TSO. If you have seen them, then you know, but if you havent seen them, well, you really dont have a clue and you are missing something special.
