    Hey,
I've been running every day for 3 weeks now, and I still don't notice any difference in my weight. It's just all...belly bloat that I need to get rid of. I havn't had my period since september >definitely not pregnant< Could this be causing some of the bloat? Be that as it may, that isn't entirely the issue. How can i manage to drop these extra 8lbs or so? What am I doing wrong?

Your eating patterns play a big part.

If you go jogging, then come home and eat a cheeseburger, it's like you never went jogging.

    Diet plays a huge part.

Don't limit yourself to running, either. You should try other exercises.

my period is very irregular too. I dont think there is a place for worries.lovelyxmalia is right. Its all about the food, you cant run 3 hours a day then eat unhealthy suggar or salt foods and lose weight.
