i'm on probation for 6 months for marijuana possession under 50 g's and i supposedly have random drug "screens". my question is if i drink beer does that show up on my drug test and if it does will they be able to do anything? also, my PO said after my first drug test which i took yesterday and which im pretty sure i passed that it would be the only drug test that i would have. she said that the only thing she would do is show up at my house MAYBE just to see if i lived there. i want to smoke so bad because i haven't for a month but im not sure if i should risk it. any suggestions??
considering you're on probation for a drug charge, I'd play it safe and assume you'll be getting drug tested.
Just wait out the probation. If you are 18 just buy some salvia or some spice gold and try to make do with that. Beer won't show up on your drug test. Just wait till you are free and can smoke without regrets.
