My turn to leave...

Well just thought i would say byebye!
I'm off to Vienna now for six months.. to work as an aupair for thre kids .
I don't think ill have regular internet access so i wont be able to post on here for a long long time..
I leave on the 23rd but the reason im posting this so early is a)i have lots to do and so may forget and b) i want to keep in touch with lots of you when im away..
so i wanted to ask a little favour.. ill try and ask on msn but im sure i will forget..
Those of you who know me and want to keep in touch, can you email me? so i have the email addresses in the address book... It would be cool to write letters to..
It's a shame im going now, have just got back into the swing of the forums.. but now im off to enjoy a big new adventure..will be scary but worthwhile...
Its strange, ive just got access to the archives and ive become addicted to them.. Its strange to see how things have changed, ive been here since 2001...there's people posting there that have now disappeared (remember revs?jonopooks?eleanor?and many more..) but there's a few that have persisted.. ive found my first flyology (21 pages of it!), the first forum poo fight, the first hipbrother..the original KFC..
strange how thing schange eh

Ohhh vienna is so yummy, i got back from there last night. Check out the Kunst hause Wein and the Hundet Wasse Hause. They are two building (the first is a museum) designed by a guy called Hundert Wasse and they aere amazingly cool!! the museum has things caled tree tenenat, trees that live in the house and grow out of windows. They each have little plots of land and pay their rent wiuth far more important things than humans do (thats what he said )

Also the Butterfly house!! there are loads of beautiful butterflys everywhere!!

 

will miss you and will write if have address.

dont put up with ropey people if they turn out to be ropey come home (you could fill their house with goats as a final act of revenge,would be funny and make good story )
avoid ropey places or people with buckets of cake mix

the bears are on call 24 hours a day if in any trouble call them they will come vienna is not the moon and even if it was its reachable to bears
I hope you have a good time and improve german I hope the children turn out nice
watching mary poppins and the sound of music may help

ps :you may be able to swear at them in english as they wont understand especially if you say the swear words sweetly with kind of musical lilt and smile
