Pantera fans- Dec. 8th plans?

For those of you who don't know, Pantera had a guitarist named Dimebag Darrell who (tragically) got shot and killed on Dec. 8th.

Those of you who are fans, I ask...what are your Dec. 8th plans?

-Me and my friends are all buying dimebags (Hence the guitarist's name).
-We're having Blacktooth Grins.
-Play Pantera all day.
-And since we live so close, we're going to Dimebag's grave.

What are your plans?

 

i plan on being glad hes dead because after 20 plus years of pantera,,it was getting hard to watch a buncha old men keep it going....

 

dimebag and lennon were both killed on morrisons birthday... weiird

 

Actually, I never even thought of it... I'm not a huge Pantera fan or anything, but Dimebag was truly amazing, I could never forget.
BUT of course, not being a die-hard fan or anything, I CAN forget the day he was killed and whatnot. But since you brought it up, on December 8th I'm actually going to the Lakeside Country Bash with my brother. We're ditching my husband with our cousin and going, just the two of us, to hang out and act like obnoxious rednecks... yep, we'll be the biggest dorks there, haha...
But hey, I'm sure Dimebag would say "Rock on" even though it wasn't exactly his kind of music, right? Of course!

 

i never liked them.

while he died because of some psycho fan, i'm not at all surprised he got killed. i mean fuck, they were playing at the alrosa villa, and that place is a fucking DIVE....sleazy kinda place for sure, and only shows with a VERY limited audience play there...i've seen a few shows there when i was younger. my musical taste was also really different. i did see "the misfits" there even though it only involved like two original members of the band. i cant believe i paid money to see that show, especially since the misfits suck.

Actually, Dime liked country. He said David Allen Coe was his favorite.




But wow, I thought more people here would like Dime. Guess not.

but i dont really have anything planned for his death day

 

I get the point of buying weed...but a dimebag wont last me for more then a day.
