Alright, after all this bs went down, I've decided I dont want to mess with coke, after the big fight it led towards allot of trouble, allot of guys coming out snitching trying to save their ass, and I'm moving off and dont want to be a part of it or coke after were done with all this. Do any of you guys actually see profit in selling weed? Enough to live on anyway?
Oh, for sure... My husband was off work for 3 months when he fucked his knee up (snowboarding) and I don't work, so we sold weed. We knew a guy (older guy that REALLY trusted us) that would front, and sold it to us for what he paid, and we made plenty to live on and have plenty of extra. Of course it depends on where you live... this was small-town BC, middle of Winter, nobody ever had good shit, so we were the only ones that people knew they could come to any time... and in a small town, it doesn't take long to establish yourself when you already know all the stoners, plus I'm 19, he's 22, and he's got a 17 year old brother, so we already had a fairly big group of smokeup buddies... and most of their parents smoked, so their parents would send them to us, too. So I'd say it definitely depends on where you live and who you know, but if you know you could sell enough, there's definitely profit in it.
I'm just scared theres not enough money in it for me. I'll tell you my story. I moved down to Texas, but I grew up a little ways north. There they sell $50.00 zones and $30.00 halfs. And their weed is worse then ours. (Arkansas) Dont get me wrong texas has some nasty dirt weed, but if you know the right people you can get good weed. The stuff we've had lately was some decent mids. Orange, lots of hairs and crystals, sticky and hard to break up, but good. With my connect I can pay $350. a brick. I actually grew up in Jonesboro for 17 years so I know everyone there and who smokes and this and that. After starting out selling green down here, I think I could probally sell over a qp a day without a problem. Its just I'm used to selling powder, and theres so much money in that and its so much easier to hide 3 or 4 ounces then 8 or 9 bricks.
i was the only dank connect in my town, so i made money left and right. Bought it for roughly 15 a gram, sold between 25-30 a g and thats not even unfair pricing around me. Made a few grand before i quit. Too risky when you start driving around with couple Zs at a time.
True, here in the good ol' U.S. of A. (can you tell I'm glad to be back? /sarcasm) there's a lot more to worry about. In BC, though.. we had an old lady across the street from us that sold coke, and had a big mean dog that jumped her fence and went after little old people and school kids all the time, so the cops were watching HER, not us. I even called the cops on her WHILE we were growing IN the house we were living in, because her dog jumped the fence and went after a school kid and then did it again and went after this nice little old lady with a walker and a little dog.. in the same day. I got sick of standing by the front door looking out every time I heard the dog barking, because I was the one that would go running out the door to get the stupid bitch if she went after anyone... So, big rule to selling: don't have a big dog that can escape and attack innocent people. Your stoner-ass neighbours WILL call the cops on you. Hahah... and yeah, we had a big fuckin dog, too, and everyone in the neighbourhood *and* the cops in town loved him, so we had the neighbourhood on OUR side... that's a bonus, too.
not enough to live on unless your growing or supplying a shitload of dealers. if you want to make money sell thizz. you probably wont have to worry about getting jacked if your only selling to ravers
Wow its a hard decision. I just figured out where I'm from they charge $25. for quaters and $60. an oz. and last time I was there they wanted to smoke all my green because it was so much better. Down here way pay $300.-$350. for bricks of mids, or $200. a brick of schwag if you got a decent connect.
You seem like a resourcefull kid so try to get a connect for headies, much higher profit per transaction, selling shwag will only support you if you can move alot of weight. you should be able to get something nice for like 45 a lb ,get 400 a zip and you made $1900. Might be slow off the bat, sounds like kids are used to brick weed. I always thought stick up kids were a worse danger than cops, and more so when you get into powders. I know lots of cats in the buisness, very few have been popped, almost all have had a least a close call getting jumped once the got into anything but herb. Even X can get you hurt, around here you gotta pay rent to move that shit at raves, or any of the clubs.
Yea there some cash involved it seems like but not much to me. $1,000.00 would get you 3 lbs of good weed where I am. 48 oz. x 50 = $2500.00 give or take some. Thats $1500.00 off 3 lbs. I'm use to making $1,000. off of an ounce. Big change.
ounces of pot around here got for at the least like $130. the stuff that i just got recently was 160 an ounce. these prices are for any kind of weed either if its pretty good or just ok. then if you just want to get like a small bag or something its almost always either $30-$60 or usually if i get it for friends its like $25-$50. its funny how much of a price difference there is. also BTW its really hard to make much money of slanging pot. everyone that i know pretty much did it for free pot because they had so much they figured they could smoke more. if your going to slang pot its probably better if you didnt smoke it. there is money to be made if you dont smoke up your merchdise.
Remember what the last words of RangerDanger before he departed was? GROW MARIJUANA. Save up like $300(even if u have to slang an 0 or 2 to do so) and buy all your seeds, lights, nutrients, etc. Grow dank in your closet and make UNLIMITED money.
Im really surprised more people dont do it. Thats why i want marijuana to stay illegal so if i need some extra money i can grow it and sell it. They say money doesnt grow on trees...wrong. With the right work ethic and intelligence people could become rich off growing weed. In my opinion, the weed grower who takes the time to grow/deal is the richest of ALL the drug dealers, no matter what they sell.
^Coca farmers don't make shit. Barely make a profit after hours of labor growing and processing the plant.
I usually make about a grand every day that I recomp, which is about once a week. But seriously get a job or you're going to have the IRS at your door.
