Anyone know of a good "doctor" in northern california?

i have terrible shoulder problems and my roommate has ADD and says its hard to sleep at night so we both want to get club cards. We live in chico and we found one doc here but its 175$ (too expensive). Also i do not have any medical records, i have scars from my surgery and i can explain it in detail, but the med records are at my parents house and i do not wish to involve them in this. So does anyone know a good place we can go? maybe anywhere from Sac or above?

If you can't figger out a legitimate reason to request your med records from your parents .......maybe you should wait till yer not dependent on them anymore/.>|))

If your shoulder hurts that much you should already be on some pain management program as the rest of us with the same probs ..........see where I'm going with this?>\
