I'm on juvinile probation in Texas. I'll be 18 in 6 months. I've been slanging drugs for a while, and got plenty and plenty of cash. Im from Arkansas and want to move back. And not deal with probation or anything anymore. If I just left to arkansas and re-started up there would they come looking for me and would there be warrants out in Arkansas or just Texas?
and why not cut out hte drug slinging too while your at it... i laugh at kids who are probation who keep doing the same ol same ol and keep getting caught, yet wonder why they are forever in trouble
6 months is a long time, in my situation. It's just I've been on it for almost 2 years and still another 6 months. I can't make it. I just need a simple answer. Would the warrant be just for Texas, or would it be in all states?
so an assault charge brings you to probation - ok, fine but that doesn't change my statement that you shouldn't be playing with fire while on probation. it could possibly go to other states, who knows. i'm not a lawyer, but i'd just wait the 6 months
A warrant would only be issued in Texas. There could be an extradition if you get into trouble in Arkansas. It's unlikely but possible.
Wish I would have known that for the past year or so. Wonder if they would try and get my dad since he would most likely be responsible?
You should wait 6 months, that is fucking stupid man. And certain states might be able to extradite you back to texas.
Well I dont think the dude deserves to be laughed at for being locked up... But for sure its not smart to do what you are thinking. So my advice is think about it more before you go through with it.
It's just theres allot of money, and all my people is up there. I'll probally just move back, and come back for my report date at the end of the month.
Dude seriously, you have completd 2 years so far? Thats amazing. 6 months babe. It *will* go by fast. And then you can be scot free and dont need to have stress about being chased after. I have 6 months left of school which I dont always like and that was driving me literally crazy. When I thought about it I felt like there was a noos around my neck...but I cocooned myself for a little while, built up my inner strength and rearranged my thoughts. You can do it.
Still dont understand what it would hurt to leave back to my old state then if I wont have a warrant in that state? I got buddys who are still in texas and dropped out of probation and are on the run. So dont see what it would hurt to be in another state as long as they dont issue like a "Federal warrant" or try and arrest my parents or something?
Whatever happens while you are on probation will be because you put yourself in a position to have it happen. I don't get the sense that you're not willing to take any good bits of advice that's offered; you just want to people to tell you that there are no repercussions to what you do- so here you go--- you can do anything you want and the law can't possibly touch you. Go ahead and deal drugs. You're smarter than the cops, right? -and if anything happens to you because what you do- hell, there's always someone you can blame it on... right? Were you beaten as a child? Well- there's gold there... blame your mom and dad- or nanny. Did you get molested as a child? Sue your local archdiocese! Surely a team of attorneys can lawyer you one excuse or another. Now, let me see... I'm an outside web surfer and want to search the database to get legal advice because I want to travel and I am on probation- so what are my search terms... "what"? nahhh, too general.... how about "would". Nope, another miss. Let's try the other possibility... "happen". Whole lotta nothing there too. Thank you for your very descriptive and searchable title.
