Hey hey what’s going on everyone? Well it’s been 20 days and I'm ready to begin to fruiting process. I have a little fish tank with Perlite and distilled water on the bottom bringing the humidity to 99% and the temp to around 75-77 degrees (the reading on the hygrometer) So here's my big question, how can I single out a single genome from my boomz when they fruit? Here's what I have heard: 1. Using agar media as a way to house your single genome and keep it stored for future use. 2. Using the caps once the veil has broken to inoculate other jars. So can I use my caps once the veil has broken to inoculate the agar media and then put it in my incubator until I see the mycelium? Let me know if anyone has tried this method, other wise let me know what would be the best way to continue my growing with a single genome. Thanks!
