Or is it just something I’ve never noticed? But as the weather is getting warmer, and more females are going barefoot, or at least wearing flip flops, Im seeing more and more tattoos on feet and toes. Its really sexy, I hope it continues.
Women wear flip flops just about year round here in southern Arizona. Unfortunately I don't see too many barefooters here, except for yesterday. I've seen feet with tattoos as there are several tattoo shops here.
hey i've worn flip flops all winter for years.... wouldn't go for the foot tattoo, though, because i'm not crazy about the idea of being stuck with something for the rest of my life.

I have a tattoo of a lizard on my left foot, so when I forget which way is left or right, I can just look down. Too bad I didn't tattoo L and R to my feet... peace and love
I agree it is really sexy, hope it continues. But I have to insist that it should equally be ok for us dudes to do the same. As some of us are. I see lots of young guys in the sort of long shorts they wear nowadays, but few in flops until things get much warmer here. Why are girls braver about the cold than guys? At least in Maine. Me, I haven't had shoes on for over a month. Just sandals, flops, or bare, in that order of progression. But I'm not a normal guy. Pretty good for Maine!
Good thing, keep it up. When every sexy girl become barefoot, the discrimination against barefoot will definately end immediately.
I've got a tattoo on my toe, but it isn't trendy at all for me! It was my first, and I got it because at girl scout camp a long time ago, there was this song we'd sing about a tattoo of a daisy on your toe to look neat takin' a shower. Girl scout camp had a really big influence on my life and how I turned out (sparked ideas of femenism, vegetarianism, and care for the environment in me), so it represents a lot. Anyway! I will admit though that I have only started going barefoot regularly after getting my tattoo! ~Nova
I haven't noticed the bare feet thing around here at ALL, but I have noticed a lot of girls wearing flip-flops a lot more. It would be cool if more were barefooting though. It seems to me a lot of women I talk to HATE shoes (as far as comfort level goes, not fashion or anything), but they wear them anyway. It is probably because most women's shoes seem to be incredibly uncomfortable anyway, since a lot of them have pointed toes or they are like platformed or whatever they call it now-a-days, or they are heels or something like that. Shoes are uncomfortable enough when they are like sneakers or something. I don't see how some women wear those pointy toes high heel shoes...
I have a tattoo on my big toe as well as my inner heal. I wear sandals all year round, when I have to wear shoes. Wanting to get the top of my foot tattooed eventually to cover up my surgery scars.
This is odd that I found this thread ... In a few days my best friend and I are getting tattoos on the soles of our feet ... Were going to get 'soul'. I really liked the idea, it was hers ... but i'm excited because I don't know anyone else with a tattoo on the sole of their feet.

I've seen this, but I am not too fond of it myself. I think the female foot is one of Nature's most perfect creations. Why would you want to defile it with some ugly, permanent stain? Toe rings, nail polish and anklets can be changed, and give a new sexy look each time, but a tattoo is basically forever. I would rather women kept their bare feet naturally pure.
Tattooed female feet are an extremely common sight here in the UK. I seem to see them every time i look down.
I love my henna tats, and have them done on my feet or ankles pretty much throughout the barefoot season. They are good for your skin, too
