i had unprotected sex last night (stupid idea i know i definitely learned my lesson now) but right after the girl left i went to the bathroom (this was literally 5 minutes after we finished doing it) and noticed about 8 small red dots at the tip of my penis, they seem painless and there's no other discomfort but its really freaking me out i asked the girl about it but offcourse all i got was "i'm clean, its prob blood, its prob irritation, and whatever" i'm seeing a doctor monday but this really has my head f***** up and i have a very important presentation for work tonight so i'd really like to know what this could be and how serious it may be asap .. any ideas what this is?
she might have had a yeast infection, in which case it's most likely balanitis. It should go over in a few days, so no need to panic, yet. In this case SHE should definitly se a doctor. Still it's ALWAYS a good idea for you to se a doctor too, just to be on the safe side, but if you're shy I understand it can be hard to build up the courage. I say you're probably in the safe sone, but never trust a stranger on the internet.
You don't know what you're talking about. HIV and or AIDS takes MONTHS to show any symptoms at all. (Look it up on the web! or ask your own Doc.) I say dude should get his azz to a doctor though. The red spots just ain't natural. Any kind of discharge except ejaculate isn't right either! Make the appointment bro.
If you are worried, see a doctor. It doesn't sound like an STD b/c it happened so soon after sex, but I have heard that broken capillaries can cause similar red dots. Peace and love
There is a good chance that it is just irritation, go see your doc, but don't stress... it's funny how many times i have been to the doc over little changes to my own member to find out it is perfectly normal... seriously my doc ended up showing me a book of what real STI's and STD's look like and it's usually WAY more then a slight redness. Anyway key points, see your GP but don't stress either.
i don't get results for a week but doc said its likely a yeast infection as some people suggested .. anyone know how long that takes to go away and can it come back later? this is freaking me out because i've had sex with over 35 women and i have very rough sex like 80% of the time so it doesn't make sense this is the first time i got some kinda irritation

Probably broken blood vessels in the glans tip from the rough sex. Should go away in a week or so, bur see a doctor if it continues to bother you.
It's odd that your pecker would look like Fly Agaric so soon after if it's something more serious than just a rash or irritation though.
