Best Marijuana friendl states, counties, citys, town and hoods

I'm a peaceful hippy/rasta dude, but I'm so sick of the persecution I've endured for smoking marijuana, that I need to relocate to a cool, ganja friendly place, before I go berserk and renounce my peace loving ways.

Does anyone have any recommendtations as to where I can go to be able to smoke in peace, preferably around forward thinking, peaceful, chill, loving bredren and sistren?

Any help any of you fine folks here can provide is very much appreciated.

Do countries count too? If so, you should move to the netherlands.

 

I've considered it, but I'm not sure what to think about the weather there, or the difficulty in relocating. Plus I'm a rasta, and I don't know what the Rasta scene is like there.

 

im sure the netherlands would accept you cause i mean fuck there a bunch of stoners most of them, or california, idk yo just have to find the right people to chill with and not give a fuck about the rest

 

The weather isn't the best indeed, but not the worst either. and conserning the rasta's...well...they aren't rare here (i wonder why, lol) and a lot of coffeshops here have a rasta feeling to them.

 

Go to oregon. Theres a great hippy friendly ton called Ashland. But preatty much all over oregon is good. Or boulder Colorado, or northern cali.

Any ganja friendly places in Northern Cali that are cheap to live?

 

i think small peacefull towns far away from cities would be chill, u know like a place where alot of people know each other. if its a well forested area there may be growers, you could get in the know how, grow, smoke, make chill friends, and have a nice place to live with no ghangztaz or cracheads ruinuing the community. i dont know- look for a place like from that film ''homegrown''

 

Northern cali is cheap in places, but it can be hard to get a job. I ahve a friend going to school in San Fran and he says it's dirt cheap to live in oakland. Heh they don't call it oaksterdam for nothing.

 

the whole west coast is friendly, espiecally in canada, where the laws are pretty much ignored.

 

lol don't move to oakland no matter how cheap it is.

most of northern california is average priced homes. but keep in mind lots of it is just built, and some are way over priced. i agree that it's harder to find jobs, but in a bigger city shouldn't be hard at all, like Sacramento or Redding, but it's certainly not cheap.

Madison, WI is a pretty progressive place. def. weed friendly.
there are a lot of places in the midwest that are on the up-and-up (not even sure what that means, i just felt like it fit). a lot of cool music scenes, and various shit... but not sure about rasta communities.

and from my experiences, i think the netherlands and spain are both places to look into, as far as other countries go. Amsterdam is a huge melting pot (pun intended) so you´ll obviously see a lot of different people there - including rastas. same with any big city.

 

colorado. In Denver, an adult can possess up to an ounce of non medical marijuana, but there are some enforcement issues. None the less its a step in the rright direction

bay area california, no one gives a fuck... you know that group of asians at your school that study alot and get good grades and are quite all the time....even they smoke weed here, everyone does and no one cares. people smoke cigs in the hallway at my school sometimes
