My galfriend won a Metallica Prize Pack on the radio yesterday, with a tshirt, tix to the documentary (which I already saw last week), a cd, and two tickets to the show in November.... and guess who she's taking???? MEEEEE!!! I used to be really into them, but their new stuff hasn't really done as much for me as the old stuff, plus, I don't have a cd player and the only station I get is the classic rock station (which does have Mandatory Metallica at 10, so I'm not totally missing out). I've always wanted to see them, though. I didn't think I'd get to go, because even the cheap seats are like $55.... what a bitch! But I get them freeeeee! Woo hoo!
alot of stations have mandatory metallica hour, I guess its pretty much mandatory for hard rock stations, eh? yeah, Im not too fond of their new stuff either, I like when Clifford was in the band. I saw them back in 98 for their reload tour.. it was pretty good.

the posers are in that pic in yur sig kid, you don't have to have spiked pink hair to be punk, most of the real punk bands didn't look very intentionally wierd... Anyway, I saw them on their and Justice for All tour, they were stil lpretty good back then..they played forever though, we left after over 2 hours! I'd imagine they still play all of their old stuff too...I can't stand any of their 90's stuff even

I like to know how you think metallica fans are poseurs...... your argument sounds like it could be quite amusing. if they are indeed poseurs, they would be acting like something they arent, and I would like to know what that something is. I am not a metallica fan by any means, lars pretty much pushed me away.
