Hahaha it is alot like the US, we have the same stores, the same entertainment, same trends, we just dont have a hollywood, thank god. ALOT less people equals alot less violence and craziness, every where experience all four seasons, its gets WAY humid sticky hot in toronto and bitter cold in the same year. We're not that different, except for we dont have a bible belt thing going on, tight laws on weapons, lax on marijuana, marriage for everyone, army is quite small.... French in Quebec, which is now recognized as a "nation within a united canada" because they wanted to be more independent. Lots of aboriginal conflicts and poverty. Instead of an issue with Mexicans coming across the border, we have issues with people being too upset of others trying to be too politically correct because of all the Middle Easterns, problems with them wearing burkas to voting stations etc things like that
Haha, would this ever happen in real America? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4_sSXZuO2c Now thats what i call the American dream..
oh, you'll be getting our mexicans soon enough. spanish is being taught in most schools beginning in kindergarten now. it's a heavy influence, especially here int he west. personally, i like it.
my friends over the years have been known to go gaga over a complete IDIOT with an accent. imagine if you're NOT an idiot. my roomates in durango were known to drag home all kinds of guys. it was kinda funny.
we once had a conversation at our favorite bar about the guys across from us. the girls swore they were gay, i swore they were just european. i was right.
