Say SWIM were to sell some of SWIMs 2c-e to a friend, and the friend hurt themselves on SWIMs 2c-e, and his parents/whoever or whoever wanted to take action because they knew SWIM sold it to him, (however had no proof).. could anything be done? If they searched SWIMs house and found nothing as SWIMs sold the remaining amounts, what could be done to SWIM? Would the most that could be done (if they they found it), was to be to try and charge SWIM under the federal analogue act for distrubing something that may be relative to the 2c-x family? Kind of like why SWIM don't like selling/giving it to kids SWIM ain't going to be tripping with, too many people SWIM know are dumb and don't trip right (thinking its a drug that can be taken anywhere to get high w/o responsibility). SWIM remembered giving a friend a pill SWIM probably put 15-25mg of 2c-e in for free, the next day it was the biggest story that 'SWIMs stuff' made the kid start going nuts at the party he was at (great place to take a pill .. lol), and everyone was trying to calm him and down and he ran out the house. He was obviously fine the next day. (kind of why SWIM ain't so generous anymore, these kids act like they are experienced trippers - they aren't.) But yeah.. someone who is actually knowledgeable of what would happen here care to explain the worst or most probable things that would take place in the event they wanted to do something to SWIM for having that kid get hurt on the drug he was on? This is just all hypothetically speaking ofcourse, just want to know what could happen if anybody did want to do anything about SWIM selling something that made them hurt themselves (even though they'd be confessing they purchased a drug that could be charged for under the federal analogue act). This is america if you hadn't guessed that i am speaking of law-wise (thats where SWIM lives).
Well, swim would need to contact a lawyer for a definitive answer but as they say possession is nine tenths of the law. Without physical evidence, any case would be much harder to prove as a criminal case (like a murder case without a body). If it is a civil matter, like suing swim for damages, the amount of evidence needed is less.
no proof then swim is fine as, swim is innocent till proven other wise. Sence swim is younger (depending on the area swim sold it in like school and local law) swim will most likely spend some time in juvey and then be on probation and possably kicked from the school swim is going to. There may also be fines and court fees, and swim and swim's parents name will be marked also depending on the sittuation swim's parents can be fined and possably have some jail time as well. It's not worth it...to get caught. To get out of all this the kid and his parents must not try to press charges or cause any attention to the inncident, and hopefully that will alowe the case to pass by unreconized if police were involved. Basicly lie low for 6 months or so. Lastly about them confessing to sue swim, 2 wrongs don't make a right, both will get hammered. J.C
Since america hates drugs and the poor innocent parents of some kid who was just "caught up with the wrong crowd" really fucked himself up on 2c-e (although I doubt anything bad would happen to him) cops would probably search your house and take your computer and go through everything and find out that you ordered it. Plus since you seem to tell everyone that you do hallucinogens (just a guess from reading your posts) it wouldn't be hard for the parents to find some sort of witnesses. I'm no lawyer tho. But who the fuck cares cuz thats not gonna happen SWIM is very gay btw
It's true SWIM is usless in terms of the law. They will look right past it, and put your name in the place of it. J.C
