I'm just wondering if it's safe to use the same needle more than once under these conditions: 1. There is only one user 2. The needle is soaked in rubbing alcohol for a few minutes (I'm just assuming a couple minutes would do it) I just don't have the balls to walk into the pharmacy and ask for a bag of needles, even though the one I have now is really small anyways (3/10ths of a CC!). Also, my mom works in the pharmacy and if she found out I was buying syringes (she knows the people who work there very well) then she would tell my whole family and they would literally disown me and throw me out on the streets. And another sort of unrelated note... What would be the ideal syringe to use if I had to go buy some?
The type of syringe u want depends on what you're gonna belt up. 1 ml insulin syringes over here stay sharp for several hits and safe to re-use if rinsed several times. If you're whacking up certain types of pills it's also advisable to wipe the plunger tip with an alcohol swab to ensure there's no residue. Trust me, u DON'T WANT A DIRTY HIT. ugh!
Shit when I was shooting Herion and coke real bad I would use the same needle 100 times over and only wash it out with water. The only problum is it starts to get dull and hurts like a bitch. And with a dull neddle if you are not good at hitting your Veins it will be alot harder with a dull needle, Sharp new needles hit veins so much better. you don't want your arm to look like a dart board now !!!! The ideal needle for me when I used and most IV users is a 80 or 1.0 gage diabetic needle they go to 80cc. any thing smaller its a pain in the ass to hit a vein and its a bitch trying to put a whole bag of herion into it.
From the sounds of it this guy isn't about to shoot up an entire bag- without a modest habit that is almost guaranteed suicide. I wouldn't advise using the same needle more than three times or so- you'll risk some pretty nasty bruises. If you want to be discreet and not using much I would recommend 1ml insulin syringes. And don't be an idiot and get them from the pharmacy where your mother works unless your stealing them or you want your mother to find out about your injecting habits- go to another town and stock up. If you can it's best to use the one needle only once. be safe
