This is just a silly thing I wrote real quick about an experience I had, I normally write more serious stuff but whatever [IMG] !!

(Edit: I just changed the name coz the other one made no sense!)

    Music

    The music speeds towards me
At a million miles per beat
    It travels from the speakers
And knocks me off my feet.
Then it went right out the window
    And exploded on the street.

    Paralysed on the couch
I felt my head begin to slouch
    then I started to drift.
Each decibel like a bullet headed for the brain,
Each note fired, hit me hard like a freight train.

The words become to deep and slow
    To even comprehend
I don’t know what is going on
So I start to just pretend.

    Peoples eyes are on me,
Their smiles start to twist and bend,
I cant let them see me,
so I close my eyes and try to make it end.

But the music is still consuming me
And its hard to look at peace
When the chaos in my head
    Just fails to cease.

    Finally the paranoia ended
    And the confusion went away
I saw a bright kind angel
Who sent me on my way.

    Serenity took over,
And I enjoyed the end of the song,
I had the most intense moment of my life
And it was only five minutes long.

Take out the word "freight." It is a nice poem though.

Yeah I didn’t have that there when I wrote it, I added it after because I thought just “train” didn’t describe how it felt enough or something ?! I dunno, thanks anyway :) !!
