Awww! It's so cute when little kids imitate the adults they're around. I used to shave with a popsicle stick while my grandpa really shaved and stick pieces of toilet paper to my face when I was "done." Haha.

Actually, if small children would do yoga, you would
have a lot less fat kids. Do you even know what yoga
entails? Its main purpose is to pump fresh blood
throughout your body and to exercize the bowels,
because undigested fecal matter (casued by lack
of exercize/proper diet) seeps into the bloodstream,
and circulates through your brain, thus causing general
lathargy, laziness, and depression. This is only the
physical aspects of yoga, as true yoga is for tuning
into your soul. The word yoga means God-Union.
Also, its not like a 2 year old is bending over
backwards and holding his feet to the floor for minutes
at a time, rather he just plays around and tries
    copying my postures (asanas).
Absolutley nothing wrong with it, and everything
    proper and healthy with it.

    No, I am completely ignorant.
I dont know the first thing about yoga.
All I know is what my priest told me.
And he says yoga is evil.
But fat kids are evil too.

    pppfffff hahaha.
You should read up on it, the health
    benefits are wonderful enough alone,
but the spiritual benefits are truly
    beautiful :)

Yeah, I know. I actually have a book about it.
    It seems ok.
However, everyone keeps saying its a sin for Catholics to do yoga.
But I wont say anything more, cause this is so off topic.

Pfft. It's also a sin to diddle kids, but the Pope has no comment on that.

I saw a "family yoga" tape at a store awhile ago, I was going to buy it but didn't. I want to get one for my son to help relax him...he's been having meltdowns at school (long story) and I want to try it.

Kids should do yoga, they start off flexible and should stay that way.

so sweet that picture is!!!! I just saw I poster for child yoga the other day, and my friend actually took some workshops on how to teach yoga for kids. It was really fun and playful and lots of imagination exercizing as well as stretching. Like the sun salutations were turned into the cycle of a caterpiller becoming a butterfly and it was so fun.

Anyway though, such a lovley photo!
