Well, my brother is very smart, very open minded, and very cool. He smokes weed alot, drinks alot, and does shrooms sometimes. So i ask him if he has done lsd, and he hasn't, and then i ask him will you ever try it? And he says no i will never do lsd. He tells me that he has had friends have had experiences with it, and that his friends tell him that it is a bad drug that will fuck up your mind. My brother says that weed, and shrooms are the only real safe drugs you can do. So apparently because of his friends telling him that shit he will never give acid a chance. I tried telling him all the positive parts about it, how it is virtually impossible to OD on, and after i say that he is like that is BS you can od very easily on it. He asks who told me that and i say i reasearch shit on the internet and i know a bit because of it, so he says the people on the internet are lying. He says that he thinks even if he does it once that he will ruin his brain for the rest of his life. He even admitted that even though i have done lsd, that he doesn't notice anything different about my personality. He says that it diddn't mess me up because i got lucky. I just hate how he looks at acid like it's a hard drug like coke, pcp and shit. I want him to experience the light of lsd more than anything. I just feel like he is missing out on a Huge slice of everything that cosciesness has to offer. He is my brother and i love him so much, and i want him to have felt the ultimate spiritual bliss that i have felt, and it depresses me so much about his attitude towards it because it is clear that he will never choose to do it. How could i possibly make him understand the truth about lsd? how it is not nearly as harmful to your brain as he thinks. It really means alot to me if he would try it someday. I could even hook him up but saying that won't help convince him. And spiking his food with it, that would be fucked up i will never ever do it without his consent. Please help with ideas to convince him.
theres probably no way to convince him. if he doesnt trust internet sources, then there really isnt too many other options. it will be hard to find a published source that makes acid seem relativly safe that isnt written by a acid head. sucks that he's missin out
if heszdoing shrooms & choosing to stick with purely natral highs why the hell would u insist on him trying a chemical one? whats he really missing out on..shrooms are a more pure spiritual & enlightening trip anyways. there is absolutely no reason why he should try something that he doesnt trust or believe in its his choice after all

Yeah you guys are probably right i really don't see myself ever being able to convince him since his mind is set already and i probly can't change that. Yeah it just feels like he is missin out on so much. I have never done shrooms but i imagine it is not nearly as blissful experience that acid gives you, I can't imagine anything that can compare to LSD. I still need to do shrooms it's on my list of things to do.
i want my gf to drop acid, shes smoked bud and doin mush a few times and loved it, but doesnt really want to drop acid. but it has alot to do with the natural high thing, she knows cid is pretty safe, physically at least
Yeah that's kinda silly i think because after all mushrooms are fungus that grow on horse shit. And acid comes from a fungus that forms on rye. So why does that make the shroom fungus more natural??
My brother does not care that about it being unnatural. He cares that it "messes up your brain in the long term"
I'm on it now ( I mean afterglow) and letters are still running. His mind is already closed to that and there is nothing you can do except put it in his food or something but I guess that woudn't be quite appropriate. Quite honestly acid is very clearly and neatly playing with your mind I had more cloudly feeling from mushrooms.
