We'll, in the US in most places, sex for sale is illegal. escorts services usually operate on the guise of noprostitution. Plenty of these services are legitimate companionship only businesses. Others are doing illegal things. Prostitution is illegal even on Craigslist. Its just whether or not you get caught. Also, many of those posts are scams or men looking pictures etc. My favorite way to have sex without a partner is to wine and dine my hand.
Probably not, but it all depends on the girl and the company. You would be better off looking for a craigslist posting with something like "generous lover wanted" or "$exy female for date." Its pretty obvious which ones are prostitutes. Come to think of it, at 20, you'd be best off fostering normal and healthy relationships with women close to your age. IMHO, prostitutioin is a personal choice, but I think it is a detriment to normal intimacy, and, at 20, there is no need to establish this precedent in your life. An Escort Service is a legal business, as they do not sell sex (technically). You pay for a woman's company to go to dinner, or stay at your house and play cards (so to speak). Often an escort will have sex with you for"free" at the end of the evening. Usually you can expect to pay quite a bit for an escort. (Not all escorts work the same, so this all depends on where you live) Can you get in trouble for using an Escort Service? Check your local laws. You might find a nearby city with less enforcement, or restrictions. It's worth a short commute to avoid trouble. I have heard nightmarish stories about escorts on Craigslist. If you have a nearby Adult Book Store (aka porn shop) they often have magazines with local "services" offered, and often an employee can tell you who to call/avoid.
