Actually it may not be as crazy as we think, I'm not going to say that I had an orgasm but what I experienced many years ago was very different to what I mostly experience now.
I don't know, but I'm guessing it's like that for most guys. Otherwise there would be a lot more sexual recluses, I'd say. Sex with your hand just isn't supposed to be anything like sex with a person.
