Sign Compatibility

I was wondering, based on your own experiences, what was the sign most compatible with your sign??

For example, I as an Aquarius have found that most of my friends are Virgo's and Cancers (tho these particular friends can get a bit too emotional at times...this is just based on my own experiences)...and i get along great with Pisces (tho they too may have the same emotional thing as cancers)...um...I am insanely attracted to Scorpio men...yet we clash horribly in every aspect (except that lil attraction factor...ughhh lol)...but these are jus my personal experiences with ppl of these signs...

Just wanted see if there was an actual trend or pattern in behaviors or personaltities between different astrological signz ....

 

All of my most rewarding relationships have been with my astrological matches.

Read Linda Goodman's "Love Signs". It's still the standard, as most people do resemble their sun signs. I've found it to be more accurate than not.

Capricorn and I get along best with other Capricorns. Most of my friends are Taurus, Virgos.

I get along with some Scorpios. Recently found out my bro's chick is a Cancer, we can talk, but there is no real closeness.

That's about it for now.

 

Im a Cappy.
Most of my friends are picses, aquarius, and other capricorns.
I get along well with Pises but they change in front of people.
Aquarius i am always attracted to their laid backness but we could never work relationship wise. but we get along well as friends.
My good friend is a cappy also and we vibe well but she is a mirror of me and it gets kinda annoying being around her.
I have a friend who is a taurus and there is no one in this world that understands me more than he does. So I get along well with Taurus.

Basically water signs and earth sighz are it for me.
Air signs (except aquarius)- i cant deal with. . especially gemini.
fire signs-love their enthusiam and flamboyantness. but they are the complete opposites of me.

 

I'm a taurus. I've never really paid any attention to trends as far as my friends are concerned, but I'm another one who always seems to get on well with Scorpio guys. Has anyone found they get on unusually (either really well or really badly) with their opposite sign, especially people that have their birthday on the same day of the month?
My birthday is the 1st of May, i met a guy born on the 31st October, and we could talk to each other like we had known each other for years, and it normally takes me a while to get to know someone.

 

We all tend to gravitate towards people we feel comfortable with. We also seek to reveal parts of ourselves that are underdeveloped in us, in our partner. We seek what we don't have and often as not we find it and can find ourselves in tumultuous relationships which can be rewarding.

Yeah, I meant it in a good way! It changes the way I look at relationships, mine and others. All things are there for a reason, whether good or bad, I believe that anyway, but this makes me want to look at things that I perceive as bad in a new light. I suppose there's learning to be found in everything.

the way astrology affects my life:

by making annoying girls decide that a time of birth is more important than someones actual personal attributes. it reduces any somewhat intelligent conversation into nonsense drivel when she asks "What star sign are you?"
are people that stupid, that they cant think for themselves and make up their own mind? that they need a predeterminded opinion in order to 'determine compatibilty'?
im very sorry if i am not as narrow minded as this, but i really do enjoy making my own descisions, without some crackpot fortune teller, instructing me if i should get out of bed in the morning.

Well, most of the people I get along with are of the Fire signs, and I am a Pisces, which supposedly makes us incompatible. What people don't seem to realize is that Sun sign isn't everything... I've plenty of Fire signs elsewhere which makes it perfectly fine for me.

Plus, Astrological matching isn't the end-all-be-all... I mean, if you really believe in Astrology you can just use it to understand your partner rather than choose hir.

 

I agree with that. Pick the mate and then use astrology to understand the person.

trekker, i rest my case. if all u have is this philosophy on life, then i can understand why theres a need for u to turn to astrology. Get off the drugs, and whimsical theories will make a whole lot less sense.

Did I ever say that my only philosophy on life is that quote? You presume too much. Don't ever tell me what to do again. It is not for you to say how I should live my life. As for whimsical theories; why don't you do some research for yourself before knocking astrology or the occult. This is after all an astrology forum.

What do you think is the best way to get a taurus man to ask you out? I have a big crush on him. I am a gemini. I find it hard to kind of mentally connect with him, but there is definately chemistry and sexual energy going on. He whispered bye in my ear the other day and i nearly melted. We work together so it is hard for me not just to get right to the point you know....
