Any clue if it's possible to extract the naloxone from Suboxone tabs so that only buprenorphine is left? Please..:drool:
the naloxone in suboxone isn't absorbed into your body, its supposed to be in there to stop people from banging the suboxone but ive even heard stories that it doesnt work and people still shoot up there subs, but shooting subs makes no sense to me, if u want a better absorption rate than sublingual then just snort the suboxone and i hear its the same as shooting it..
Hmmm.. do u mean that snorting it cancels out the naloxone? Hope so!! Mainlining it does still kinda work but nowhere near as nice as Subutex. That's the whack that I'm craving and my Naltrexone implant kinda limits my options lol.
I put a 1/4 of one under my tongue to dissolve, OMFG, those things put you in a dream, if you zone out for 2 minutes you're asleep. The next morning I drank a little bit of water when I woke up, went to the bathroom and puked. Fucked up shit.
Naloxone is the opiate blocker...so, why does it matter if it's in or not? In my own personal experience, you can override it fairly easy. Seriously though, buprenorphine? I don't feel shit when I take it or 2, or 3, or 4....
Alk31sBliss u must be swallowing them (which renders them virtually ineffective cos your liver processes most of the bupe b4 it gets into your bloodstream) which is why they are supposed to b taken sublingually (dissolved under the tongue) either that or I doubt you've had 4+ of the 8mg fuckers without getting stoned. My love drug is oxycontin, but because I had a bigass addiction to them, I got a Naltrexone Implant so now Bupe is the only opiate -- partial as it is,that gets me stoned. Buprenorphine does override the Naloxone but mainlining it doesn't give you the rush that I want which is why I started this thread about trying to extract the naloxone shit. As for you VolcomStoner420, I'm jealous as fuck that u get so stoned from them. Lucky you!!!
I do take them under the tongue. And no, I don't get a feeling from them, whatsoever. I have a pretty high tolerance. I was taking 880 mg of Oxycontin a day due to 11 spine surgeries, but now that is decreasing because I'm tapering down. When I said you could override the Naloxone I didn't mean with Buprenorphine, I meant with Oxycodone. With that being said, I didn't know you had an implant, though. So, forget that. As far as extracting the Naloxone, sorry...I have no idea.
880 mg of oxy! Jesus H! No wonder you don't feel the bupe lol. Nothing comes even remotely close to oxycontin imho (I'm talking stone-wise) Before I had my implant I was using up to 560 mg per day of oxycontin and was about 10 weeks clean before getting any kinda stone from bupe. Naloxone is highly soluble in water while buprenorphine is not, so if you dissolve a pill in a tiny bit of water, I suppose all the naloxone would be carried away leaving some pure buprenorphine. I hate to see this medicine abused... it makes me worry that regs will increase and I'll end up dope sick again. The high just don't justify.
i snorted a small amount of suboxone once and found it to be very euphoric. i puked during the comedown, but it didnt feel too bad.
