Women, do you tell your man what you want?

Throughout my years of having sex, not very many women told me what they were into. They rarely communicated how they liked to be touched, licked, fingered, or fucked. I pretty much had to go with what I thought most women liked and be guided by their reactions.

I'm curious if any of you tell your guy (or girl) "hey do this", letting them know what and how to do things to get you off? Or do you just hope they know what they're doing? Do you suffer through it if they're not getting it right?
