just finished knitting these socks for my dad:

I mainly made them for two reasons: Firstly, it's an ongoing annoyance of mine that my dad has as much black and grey clothes as he does, and I tease him about it a lot. Secondly, another inside teasing-joke that we have is that we call each other basketcases for different reasons, so a basketcase pattern for a sock just deemed appropriate.


I used Bernat Sox to knit it in 'jet hot' colour.
