i prefer black rye, anna damma, or 200 zillion grain myself, if i'm gonna eat bread at all, which i don't that often care to, and have gotten along just fine without it, my starch intake limited to endless permutations of pasta instead.

but even the humblest of whole wheat is preferable to that soggy half baked bleached flour crap that gets passed off as white 'bread'.

yea don't hang out in libraries much i take it. when i didn't have a place i read. a lot. before i didn't have a place i read a lot too.
