Of Rather Low Intelligence...

It's like Chavs without the accent or the (potential) street smarts.

 

Skinheads are usually in camis.....I think chavs are more like the preppy version of them.

I really am not sure though...here in the US...thats how the skin heads are....dressing in fatigues...and thinking Hitler was a cool guy

It seems like people from Britian need to loosen up a bit. What's wrong with wearing track clothes? And what is "common taste?" Seems a bit snobby?
