no,all the leaves have thc just not alot of it. if im not mistaken every part of the plant contains some traces of thc except for the roots. i just dont know if they taste bad or are evan worth smoking
I don't think the fan leaves have much thc at all, but everything else should be good to make hash with. Really just make hash, smoking them isn't worth it.
yeah you can smoke leaves i rolles up a blunt before with dried up leaves and i couldnt even finish it not as good as bud but a fine last resort
The leaves of a cannabis plant contain more tar than tobacco. They are not good for you to smoke at all. The only thing worth smoking on the leaves are the trichomes. These are what contain the cannabinoids. You can make oil, using butane extraction, or go the long way and make some hash. DO NOT SMOKE LEAVES
what? why would you compare smoking a pot leaf to tobacco? i said not one word about tobacco but ok i said i roled up a blunt with dried leaves. is there anything in there that says tobacco? and i didnt say it was good to smoke leaves did i? i said as a last resort there fine and will get the job done i suggest you lay off smoking buds for a bit and learn to read you illerate retard
A cannabis leaf contains more tar than tobacco. I think the uneducated person here is obvious... i'm sure if you have a little think about it you may just figure it out one day. peace n pot.
^btw NigNag wasn't saying it doesn't he was stating that you "could roll a blunt with the fan leaves". No health debating was involved. In addition, the tars do blow but it is the carcinogens in tobacco that are the killers. Back on the point: Yes, you can smoke fan leaves if you have no tolerance, like to smoke alot and cough. Having witnessed bubblehash made from fan leaves (yes it is do-able) but there is a low yield. Any method aside from bubblebags would not be worth the time and effort IMO.
lmao@ the arguing. Leaves are smokeable but wil be very light high compared to a bud high. I would take Harvesters advice: keep teh leaves and use them for oil or weak butter. Other than that it's garbage.
i tend to throw alot of leaf matter away, Intill someone told me of bubblebags, While I havent got to get a Bubble bag yet. I dont think Leaf is all that bad for you but I wouldnt make a habit of smokling it.. Tops that are not buds are a nice smoke occasionally but nothing compaired to a Bud coated in sticky tch. Leaf near buds contain higher levels of thc since you can accually see the tric' on the leaf. Depends on how tight you manacure some of these leafs wind up as shake anyway since they dry and crumble muck easier.. Leaf itself burns weird. And how you dry fresh bud will taste like leaf if not done correctly. But Im being really clear here. Youll smoke alot of leaf should you buy commercial. Since the manicuring isnt as maticulious as a indoor techno farmer..
leaves have some thc but of course the percentage is very very low...however i must admit that if you smoke a decent portion you will get smal effects but nothing compared to the buds
but as i just read above (and i didnt think abiout it) when i posted my reply is the tar content...hmmm so its not a good idea
im sure it minimum, you get really tired from smoking leaf, it exaust you like smoke inhalation, as you get a slight mood change. Its good for waste weed taste weed,, Like if you want to get the taste of some weed but dont want to really get high its a good substitute.. Leaf also has a make you hungry side to it also.. I also feel like Oh fuck it I didnt get very high, and I Munch out. There are much more harmful effect from pipe smoking or hitting a stale pipe with alot of flame, Ive seen plenty of people inhaling harsh pipe scrapings and burning up nothing but ash and carbonized tars. All these little particles are what really harms the lungs, much more than clean smoke from leaf.imo
I have a cat with OCD, and when I grow, I'll often let him snarf the leaf trimmings. It helps keep him calm, and doesn't have them just 'laying around'. I've smoked leaf before, and while it's ok, it doesn't really do much. I have, however, heard of large fan leaves being cured til they're flexible but dry, and used for blunt wrappers, for those who don't like shilling to the companies for wrappers. Other than that, I either use them for compost, cat medicine, or occasionally just dry them and use them for light brownies or something. addendum - no longer will they be composted. I have since learned the error of my ways, and will use them for bubble hash, and the green dregs will be used for compost instead.
