I'm flying from Warsaw via Zurich to A-Dam, and would like to know how likely it is that I would manage to sneak a few cakes back with me. Figure i'd just stick them in my laptop bag as carry-on, though going through three airports.......anyone have experience with his?
Swolecat, The space cakes will be purchased in Amsterdam and then smuggled into what country? Do I have that right Amsterdam-Zurich-Warsaw? No matter what your answer is it is still a very stupid idea as is your "hiding place". Are your few cakes worth all of the shit you'll get if you are caught? I mean no malice I just don't think it is a good idea. My experience: I have been searched at Schiphol in a curtained off room as I to pass through security to fly out of the Netherlands. I was not carrying any cannabis or cakes. When I leave the Netherlands, I dump everything I have into a pile on the floor and search every pocket and item for roaches, stems, seeds, baggies, even rolling papers made of cannabis and whatever I find I either consume or give away. So I guess I may be on the extremist end.
The first time I went, a friend managed to sneak a cake onto the plane, well I say sneak, it was in his bag and he forgot about it. And another of the guys had a bag of weed in his pocket, and just walked right through customs with no hassle. I think it all depends on how lucky you get. If you get caught with either a bag or a cake in your pocket or whatever you could just say "whoops, my bad, when I put it there it was legal, just forgot about it, sorry" and they might just take it off you, give you a slap on the wrist and that will be it. Or you could be very un-lucky and get fucked! If you have any hidden away in your bad, as in wrapped up amongst your luggage etc, and they find it, then you are fucked my friend. Because it will be obvious that you were trying to hide it, and smuggle it into another country. For us, it didnt seem worth the risk of getting caught, seeing as how we can just as easily get hold of it in England.
Why the hell would you bother trying to bring cakes with you, I mean...cakes!!!??? Just seal up some weed or some hash as best you can and post it home, put a fake name but send it to your house. That way if it gets intercepted by customs or the police you can deny it has anything to do with you. If it does get through and you still really want to eat it....make your own cakes with it!
To be honest, the cakes we had weren't all that great. Apparently cooking weed with pizza is supposed to be a gas. But, I think I just enjoy actually smoking more.
The only time i've ever had baked space goods that were incredible was when sinpusher's dutch girlfriend made a batch of cookies w/ about a 1/4 ounce of incredible iceolator hash in the mix
NO don't do it ! With security these days a "ooops" might land you in handcuffs especially if you are coming back to the USA. If you get caught you will surely say "what in the hell was I thinking ?" Please never and I mean never try to bring ANYTHING back to America. Enjoy while in Amsterdam and leave it all there. When we were ready to leave last time I had some gear left. Some Bubblegum and a pipe. Found a couple that looked cool and said "here I can't take this home" They told me they were there for 4 more days and the appreciated it. It was worth to see how much they appreciated the fact I just gave them some weed and a pipe, not much really just a kind gesture.
