nah im 16 i have friends that are 18 but the head shop utopia around me only sells small pipes and papers and grinnders with really expensive custom bubblers that the cheapest is 600 which is out of my price range

 

Go to target, buy a visa gift card, and you can use that online.

no i live in pa the utopia inn wilkes barre but i think i might go with the go to wal mart and buy a visa gift card idea thanks for that
