I really dont think you would get a headache from seeds and stems thats just stoners saying that all thinking they are right. I would say it just comes from lack of experience and trying it out for the first few times. I remember I could smoke a couple bowls when I first started but if we smoked like an 1/8 then I would end up getting a headache by the end of the night. Thats when I converted to chronic though and ever since then no headaches here.

better quality weed means no headache. You smoke less which means you put less crap in your body.

Even if I'm smokin some bomb shit, I still get a headache if I don't eat for a few hours afterwards, and I've been smoking for about 8 years now, so it's not necessarily "lack of experience".

I've found that caffeine helps with headaches a couple hours after I smoke.

Low blood sugar will give you a headache too, so that could be the problem. I have a crazy metabolism, and I get bad blood sugar headaches if I don't eat every four hours or so.

Caffeine helps headaches temporarily because it constricts blood vessels in your head, which reduces pressure. A couple cups of green tea and advil is the best cure for an occasional headache. However, too much caffeine can create tension headaches and mild dependance which makes you feel crappy if you don't get your morning kick in the pants. I'm trying to cut bad my coffee habit for this reason.

    Cheers

Headaches can come from anything "not to sound ubber smart or nething" I just know cuz I call myself the headache king. I everyday get tension headaches cuz I am moving cross country pretty soon and its hard on all of us. I also get headaches from pot. But usually because of a small seed that I overlooked. I do think seeds cause headaches. I have had good weed that had seeds and smoked the same batch seeded and seedless the bowl with seeds gave me a good size headache. The seedless had nothing actully reduicing the tension headache. I also find that if you sit infront of the computer for a long time without staring at somthing other than the screen can cause a headache. Which is caused by your eyes straining to focus on somthing so close to you. Every 10 minutes or so I look off at somthing else for a few seconds giving my eyes a rest, it helps.
