My friend decided to stop smoking about 3 months ago. She had her last stash in her nightstand drawer, and today she let me have it. The thing is, It has barely any smell to it compared to others I've smoked. I have no clue how to tell whether or not weed is old. I'm a noob. lol. So, is it?
Smoke it and see? Really, do that. It's not like you're going to vomit your vital organs out if it's old. And I don't think it's old - 3 months isn't that long for weed, in my opinion.
shoulda posted this in marijuana not hippies but i've accidently stopped for 6 months (just forgot to smoke) i had some the whoe time stashed in a closset..didnt taste as nice but after 6 months it was perfectly fine
weather your weed is old is something to discuse, i think it is anyway weed is still weed and it should be smoked
This would better fit on the weed forum, but if your weed isn't moldy or rotten its just extra-extra dry. Thats not bad, it'll get you high and it won't give any side effects it normally wouldn't do either. I've saved weed for a few weeks/months occasionally, mostly accidently. As in loosing it and finding it weeds later and its always been fine. If its not rotten and doesn't have whiteblue fur growing all over it.. its probably fine.
Weed doesn't go old fast. You can probably still smoke it, and in any case it won't be lethal. As with food, I think that no evidence of mould means that it's fine to use.
If it's not moldy it should be fine. When I lived in Humboldt a neighbor of mine had a great growing year and buried a number of plastic pickle barrels filled with weed for later. Well, I guess he was stoned when he buried one and he couldn't find the barrel until seven years later. The weed was still plenty good. It had changed colour from green to a kinda yellowish green.
