I don't think you can translate those "nicknames" word by word. most of them wouldn't make a sense. like there are the expression of "cupcake", "cutie pie", "pumpkin", "honey" which don't sound that cute in german anymore and therefore are hardly used. no i don't think the words you asked for are used as insults. the only one i know of that sounds kinda weird in german is "silly goose". the german translation "dumme gans" could be an insult used for girls. hope
